This policy explains what information M&T EconLex collects when you use this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and in plain language — the same standard we hold everywhere.

Who we are

M&T EconLex is a business & financial advisory firm based in Kavadarci, North Macedonia. This website is econlex.net. For any question about this policy or your data, write to [email protected].

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us, plus the minimum our server needs to run securely:

  • Contact form — your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), the topic you select and your message. You send this deliberately when you request a consultation.
  • Server logs — standard technical records such as IP address, browser type and the time of the request, kept briefly by our host for security and diagnostics.

We do not run advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

How we use it

We use the details from the contact form for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to you, and — if you become a client — to provide the services you ask for. The legal basis is your consent and the steps taken to enter into an engagement at your request.

Who can see it

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. It is handled by our team and by the service providers that simply keep the site and our email running on our behalf:

  • Hosting — our website and mailboxes are hosted on a managed server located in the European Union.
  • Email delivery — outgoing mail from the site is delivered through Amazon SES purely as a technical relay.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Cookies

This site uses only the strictly-necessary cookies WordPress may set to function; there are no advertising or tracking cookies. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers to fetch them — no account or tracking is involved.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry only as long as we need it to answer you and for our ordinary business records, after which it is deleted. Server logs are rotated and discarded on a short cycle by our host.

vii.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can object to how we use it. Just email [email protected] and we will respond. The site is served over HTTPS, and we take reasonable measures to keep your information secure.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page. Please check back from time to time.
